Mathari Children Fund Panairobi, recently concluded an inspiring Advanced RAIN WORKERS Training, graciously supported by THE RAIN WORKERS, Network for sexual and reproductive health.

We are incredibly proud of the dedicated community educators who took part in this transformative journey.

After months of hands-on learning and meaningful community engagement, these changemakers are now fully certified RAIN WORKERS — equipped with advanced skills in facilitation, culturally responsive communication, and grassroots mobilization around Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

From role-playing real-life community challenges to co-creating practical outreach strategies, their energy, compassion, and commitment were truly unmatched. These RAIN WORKERS are now ready to lead impactful conversations and drive change across Kenyan communities — dismantling harmful gender norms, expanding access to family planning, and empowering individuals with the knowledge to make informed reproductive health decisions.

🙏 We extend our heartfelt thanks to THE RAIN WORKERS, Network for sexual and reproductive health, for their enormous support, and to our outstanding facilitators Esther Gitonga and Margaret Bachlechner, for their leadership and expertise in making this achievement possible.

Together, we are building a grassroots movement that champions dignity, equity, and health for all.

Stunning views, outstanding service, and michelin star dining.
